Redemption

Last night we had our 8th event for the home league. My buddy Chris said before the game got started, "Robin you won't be writing about me this time in your blog." Chris is the one who I wrote about last month in what I considered an out of character call and poor play early in last months event.

Well I am writing about Chris in my blog today because he has redeemed himself. Not only did he pretty much dominate the night but also followed it up with a win. First for him in this league. He played very well.

Overall the play last night from everyone was great. One of the league leaders went out in the second hand when he had pocket A's and flopped trips and another player had a straight, it happens.

Another heads up match that took another player out was pocket K's against A's, like I said just happens.

Great job everyone. With last nights point standings it brings everyone a little closer which means more competition!!!

We have 10 months left, can't believe we have been playing for 8 months now. Time flies when you are having fun, and I sure am having fun!
