Saturday, August 22nd, we held the 2nd annual poolside poker tournament here in Nashville. As mentioned before this poker/pool party doubled in size from first year to second year and I hope it continues to be successful.
Picture above is of the winner, Stefen, who not only took home the trophy and bragging rights, but also $250. Great job Stefen!!

Although this picture doesn't show her even interested in poker, believe me she is. Maybe she was thirsty for another drink who knows... it was August in Nashville and it was HOT.
I have to give a shout out to my uncle Doug who allows me to throw my party at his house every year. He puts way more work into it then I ever do. (Between you and me, he enjoys it and works great under pressure). Thank you Doug again, your the best uncle any niece could ever have.
My partner in crime, Dana, was the hostess with the mostess and even made a few tips that evening. OK, I think the only person who tipped her was her brother, LOL. She enjoyed wearing her sign that said "No tips, No drinks".
Thanks again to everyone who attended the party, I hope you all had a great time and I look forward to next year. We have already talked about how to make it bigger and better, so mark your calendar's now!
